The Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Cynthia Denise Burnam will be held Sunday, February 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, 8620 Highway 26E, Montezuma, Georgia. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery.
Cynthia Denise Burnam was born on November 16, 1956, in Orange, New Jersey to Fred Lee Burnam and Gladys Cromer Burnam. At an early age, she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and joined New Hope Baptist Church. Cynthia attended the public schools of Macon County. She was employed at Perdue Farms for a number of years. Her gentle spirit and loving personality will live on in the hearts and minds of her family and friends.
Cynthia departed this life on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents: Fred Lee Burnam and Gladys Cromer Burnam; and her son, Travis Jermaine Burnam.
Her beautiful memory will forever be cherished by her children: Kareem Burnam (Lashunda) of Fairburn, Georgia, Sylester Burnam of Montezuma, Georgia, Kazinski Beal (Lashanda) of Americus, Georgia and Kahri Burnam of Warner Robins, Georgia; her siblings: Kenneth Burnam of Hartford, Connecticut, Kelvin Burnam (Susie) of Americus, Georgia, Rodney Burnam (Linda) of Riley, North Carolina, Rhunette Burnam of Montezuma, Georgia , and Tonya Burnam of Warner Robins, Georgia; her grandchildren: Kaya, Ciara, Travoris, Emmanuel, Jermaine, Demorreal, Omarious, Kavion, Chelsea, Jordan, and Kennedi; her precious great-grandson, Kody Caye; two devoted cousins: Hubert West and Angela Shelley; a devoted friend, Yolanda Jackson; a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.
