The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Johnny Fredrick Clark of Columbus, Georgia will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at First Salem Baptist Church, Twin Churches Road, Montezuma, Georgia. Interment will follow at Champ Waters Cemetery.

Johnny Fredrick Clark was born December 9, 1965, in Montezuma, Georgia to Fredrick and Eloise Quinn Clark. As a graduate of D.F. Douglass High School, he would enlist in the United States Army. He married his faithful wife Elizabeth in 1989. They would go on to have two sons and a daughter. Johnny was a member of Refresh Worship Centre, formerly known as Kingdon Metropolitan Worship Centre in Columbus, Georgia.

Because he was a very hard worker, he went on to have a thirty year career at the Columbus Foundry. After retiring in 2018, he would spend his time watching his favorite sports and movies, listening to his favorite music, laughing and joking with his friends and family, and spending time with the family pet chihuahua whom he nicknamed “Killa”.

Johnny Fredrick Clark entered through the Gates of Heaven on February 9, 2024. He was preceded in death by his father Fredrick Clark, his sister Lillian Quinn, and his uncle J.W. Harris.

Johnny leaves behind his loving wife, Elizabeth Clark; two sons: Laquan Clark and Emmanuel Clark; a daughter, Jakayla Clark; a soon-to-be-born grandson, Kailyn Harris; his mother, Eloise Clark; his sister, Marilyn Rogers (Lonnie); his brother, Tony Quinn (Della); aunts: Lavern N. Taylor and Brenda Royal; uncle, Reverend Curtis Beason (Beverly); nephews: Johnny Lee Davis III (Latoya) and Charlie Howard Smith II; nieces: Jonitisha Davis and Gabrielle Smith; great-nephew, Dante’ Mallard; great-niece, Kimora Taylor; his best friend, Sammy Howard; his extended family and friends.
