The Graveside Service for Mr. Timothy Jerome Brown of Americus, Georgia will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 3:30 P.M at the Bethlehem Cemetery with Pastor George Frank Monts officiating.

On July 12, 1983 a humble and radiant spirit named Timothy Jr. was born in Sumter County Georgia to the parentage of Timothy Brown Sr. and Sherry Arnett Morgan and they Affectionately called him “Mann”. Tim was educated in the public schools of Sumter County. He loved the Lord and at a young age accepted Christ as his personal savior and attending church under the pastorage of Rev. George F. Monts. He was united in holy matrimony on October 29, 2012 to Ms. Matilda Wade Brown.

“Mann” was known for his cooking and being the man with the Culinary Plan. He was a dedicated employee of Madea’s Bakery and Diner.  He enjoyed riding his bicycle, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.    

On Thursday March 25, 2021 our beloved peacefully slipped away. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Willie D. and Dorothy Solomon and McArthur Monts. His paternal grandfather William Brown.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving and devoted wife Matilda Wade Brown. His loving step- mother Mrs. Kimberly Brown of Mobile, Alabama. Three sisters Ms. Jayshree Wilborn of Leesburg, Florida, Ms. Danielle Brown of Albany, Georgia, and Ms. Amber Callaway of Americus, Georgia; His loving sweet grandmother Ms. Ethel Brown of Americus, Georgia; his father-in law, Mr. Dennis Wade of Americus, Georgia; his loving, faithful, and dedicated uncle & stand in the gap father Kenneth T. Solomon; His loving aunts: Ms. Angela Merritt, Ms. Alicia Harvey, Ms. Queen Gibson, Ms. Dorothy Jean Mathis, all of Americus, Georgia, and Ms. Marilyn Manse of Kissimmee, Florida; his uncles: Mr.  Lorenzo Brown (Phyllis) of Albany, Georgia, and Kenneth Monts of Plains, Georgia;  one great uncle, Deacon Ralph Morgan of Americus, Georgia; his sisters-in-law, Ms. Sarah Wade of Buena Vista, Georgia and  Ms. Mary Merritt of Atlanta, Georgia; one brother-in– law, Mr. Joe Wade of Warner Robins, Georgia; his loving nephews: K’marion Banks Leesburg, Florida, Mr. Charles Welborn, Buena Vista, Georgia, Mr. Kenneth Wade, Atlanta, Georgia and Mr. Cedric Davidson of Columbus, Georgia; Loving and devoted cousins Pastor George F. Monts (Debra), Ms. Stella Ford, Mr. Kyle (Jasmine) Sims all of Americus, Georgia; Mrs. LaDonna Brown Barthell (Bobby) of all Albany, Georgia, Mr. Reggie Merritt Jr. (Angelica) of Augusta, Georgia and Mr. Victor Powell (Jamarkisa) of Austin, Alabama.  A host of other relatives and many sorrowing friends also survived.
