A TIME TO BE BORN

On January 29, 1999 a princess was born. Micquelyn Waters and Melvin Stephens welcomed PRECIOUS ARIE’ANNA WATERS-STEPHENS. Her fairy-tale journey began in Americus, Georgia. On March 30, 2019, Precious transitioned to be with God to continue her fairy tale.

A TIME TO GROW

PRECIOUS, known as “MeMe” to most, was very sassy. Sassy P was loved by many and literally could make anybody smile. She attended Springfield Baptist Church in Covington, Georgia.  Cherished by so many, the memories will be everlasting. She attended Sumter County Elementary School, Sumter County Middle School, and Americus High School. In August of 2013, she walked through the doors of Newton High School where she set the record as a queen. MeMe matriculated at the Fort Valley State University. She left everlasting memories and created hundreds of relationships: sisters, brothers, cousins, friends, the list goes on and on. MeMe will be remembered for her big personality, her laughter, her unique phrases, her goofiness, her clumsiness, but most of all her SMILE. That smile is one that will be missed, but one that we will cherish forever. Hairstylist, choreographer, baby-sitter, model, entertainer, DIVA, she could do it all.
