Ms. Eula Mae Sampson of Americus, GA died on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Phoebe-Sumter Medical Center in Americus, GA. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of West’s Mortuary.

Ms. Eula Mae Sampson was born in Sumter County, Georgia on December 12, 1941 to the late Annie Lou Sampson. “Lil Sister” or “Sugar Tit” as she was affectionately called was educated in the public schools of Sumter County and worked several jobs in Americus as a custodian.

She is survived by three sisters: Annie Lee Hooks (Leroy) of Leslie, GA, Bernice Bowen and Bertha Mae Edge all of Americus, GA; three brothers: Willie James Perry (Willie), Henry Lee Perry (Ruth) and Gundy Edge Jr. all of Americus, GA; nieces: Sandra Brown (Charles)  Desota, GA, Leroy Hooks III, of Leslie, GA, Jimmy Hooks  (Carla) of Albany, GA, Virginia Gaines of Decatur, Georgia, Beverly Mathis (Henry) of Texas, Stephanie Bowen. Janice Maurice Bowen. Delisa Monique Bowen, Melissa Simpson and Latoya Shenice Bowen all of Americus. GA; one aunt: Eula Mae Prince of Americus, GA; nephews: Freddie Perry  of  Americus, GA and Chris Bowen  (Shanta) of Cordele, GA. Several other relatives and friends also survive.

I would like to send my condolences to the family of Mrs Sampson. I know losing a love one in death is very sad but we can all look to the almighty God for comfort at (ps.34:18) he tells you that he is close to the broken hearted.I am so sorry for your loss

To family and friends my deepest sympathies to you for the loss of your love. Losing a loved one in death is very painful. The Bible offers a wonderful hope for our loved ones who have died.
The Scriptures found at John 5:28,29 and
Isaiah 26:19 that promises our loved ones who can live again!
May the God of all comfort and tender mercies
sustain you at this difficult time.

To the family and friends of my dear cousin Lil Sister, I am so sorry for your loss.  It's time like this that we need to lean on Jehovah God for comfort and he will comfort us in our time of grief. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4)  The Bible gives us a comforting hope that one day God will do away with all our pain, sickness, sorrow and even DEATH.
(Revelation 21:3,4)  May the fun memories of Lil Sister reminds you of the times spent with her be a source of comfort to each of you.  With deepest sympathy.

Please except my condolences. May you find comfort in knowing that your dear one is safe in the memory of God, who will remember every detail about her and bring her back again. John 5:28, 29 gives this assurance.
