Mrs. Glendora Jones-Grant was born on November 06, 1956, to the late Mr. Robert Lee Jones and Mrs. Louise Thomas Jones in Leslie, Georgia. She was a graduate of Union High School of Leslie, Georgia and she also attended Kankakee Community College.
Glendora Jones-Grant departed this life peacefully on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at the home of her daughter, Laskhia Patrice Jones.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Laskhia Patrice Jones of Kankakee, Illinois; four sisters, Essie Mae Jones-Shields and Mary Louise Jones-Furlow, both of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Sandra LaSalle Jones-Perry (Rodney) and Harriet Rebecca Jones-Glover (George), both of Americus, Georgia. She is also survived by three brothers, Robert Jones (Alicia) of Shorewood, Illinois, James Edward Jones of Americus, Georgia, and Solomon “Sam” Jones (Ellamease) of Kankakee, Illinois.Several other relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral services were held Saturday December 10, 2022 in Kankakee, IL.
