The Graveside Service for Mrs. Ruth Angry Perry will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 11:00 at Eastview Cemetery, Americus, Georgia with Reverend Anthony Dunning officiating. Due to COVID-19 concerns, we ask that you MASK Up and continue to practice social distancing for your safety and for the protection of others.

On October 19, 1943, a beautiful and caring spirit was welcomed into the world, when Ruth Angry Perry was born in Americus, Georgia to Charlie and Ruth Thelma Angry. At a young age she joined Jerusalem Grove Baptist Church of Smithville, Georgia.

Ruth Angry Perry passed away on June 30, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry L Perry; three brothers: Charlie Angry, Jr, Willie C. Angry and George Angry; her granddaughter, Kristana Perry; and one niece, Rose Brantley.

Her life and love will be remembered by her loving and devoted children: Imogene Angry, Freddie Perry and Mary Perry all of Americus, Georgia; one sister, Thelma Brantley of Americus, Georgia; three brothers: Johnny Angry of Americus, Georgia, Jessie (Elaine) Angry of Smithville, Georgia and Sanford (Dorothy) Angry of Americus, Georgia; one uncle, William Green of Americus, Georgia; four aunts: Mary Green and Lillie Mae Merritt both of Americus, Georgia, Bertha Mae Evans of Miami, Florida and Collie Mae Williams of Sumter City, Georgia; four grandchildren: Miranda McCray, Kimberley McCray, Christopher Perry and De’Andriele Perry all of Americus, Georgia; four great grandchildren, eleven nieces and ten nephews. A host of great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
