The Graveside Service for Mrs. Mazarine Miller Adams of Montezuma, Georgia will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, 8620 Georgia Highway 26E, Montezuma, Georgia with Reverend Alfred Wynn officiating. Due to COVID-19 concerns, we ask that you MASK UP and continue social distancing for your protection and for the safety of others.

Mazarine Miller Adams was born on December 23, 1957 in Montezuma, Georgia to Mrs. Ruby Miller and the late Bennie Lee Miller, Sr.  Mazarine was a 1975 graduate of D.F. Douglass High School. She furthered her education and earned an Associate Degree in Business from the Atlanta Business Institute. At an early age, under the leadership of Reverend J.L. King, she joined Zion Hill Baptist Church, where she served faithfully as an usher. She was employed at Southern Frozen Foods and later at Tyson Foods for a number of years. 

On April 18, 1980, she married the love of her life, Leroy Adams, Sr. To this union two children were born. Mazarine had a special love for her family. She was a loving wife and a wonderful mother. She was a great cook, a talented seamstress, and a loving and dependable person who would go out of her way to help others.

On December 13, 2020, Mazarine departed this earthly life for eternal life. Her loving memories will forever be cherished by her devoted husband, Leroy Adams, Sr.; her loving children: Romeka Lashon (Wesley) Miller of Smyrna, Georgia and Leroy Antonio (Toni) Adams, Jr. of Killeen, Texas; her precious grandchildren: DeSean Adams, Moriah Adams and Brianna Adams; her loving mother, Ruby Miller of Montezuma, Georgia; five loving siblings: Gloria Joiner and Bennie Miller, Jr. of Montezuma, Georgia, Irene (Kenneth) Hubbard of Warner Robins, Georgia, Lynda (Danny) Fobbs of Riverdale, Georgia and Charlie (Yvonne) Miller of Ellenwood, Georgia; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Trease (Sterling) Maxwell of Morrow, Georgia, Henry Lee (Pamela) Adams of Miami, Florida, Morris (Lucinda) Adams and Freddie Adams of Byromville, Georgia; a devoted aunt, Bernice Adams of Vienna, Georgia; loving aunts and uncles: Willie B. McGhee and Lewis Frazier of Montezuma, Georgia, Calvin Adams and Lucille Caldwell Adams of Unadilla, Georgia, Willie Adams and T.J. Adams of Byromville, Georgia, Mary Fredrick of Dooling, Georgia, Willie Mae Lucas of Vienna, Georgia, Pauline Adams of Macon, Georgia, Eula Frazier of Miami, Florida and Evangelist Willie Mae Adams Holmes of Ideal, Georgia; close friends: Jeanette Adams, Sandra McGhee and Bessie English; a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
