The funeral service for Mr. Jessie Lee Hart will be Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020 at 2:00 at Shipp Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Daniel Clinton officiating. Burial will follow at Eastview Cemetery
Mr. Jessie Lee Hart, affectionately known as "Bone", was born December 28, 1963, in Americus, GA to the late Charles Neal Hart and the late Gladys Hart. He was the 8th of eleven children. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Steven Porter, James Porter, and Ronald Hart; a sister, Earnestine Hart; two brothers-in-law, William Kearse and Henry Key. Lee passed away on Friday, January 17, 2020 in Columbia, South Carolina.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife - Tonya Hart; six stepchildren: Takeita Clark, Ebony Paulk, Trynesa McGarrah, Demetrius McGarrah, Kelvin McGarrah, and Jerard Dantzler; a devoted companion Daphne McNeal; three sisters: Betty Daniels of Fort Valley, Georgia, Judy Key of Americus, Georgia, and Patricia Kearse of Columbia, South Carolina; six brothers: Donald (Phyllis) Hart of Fort Valley, GA, Cleveland (Donnie) Porter, Charles Hart, and Ricky Hart of Americus, GA, Tommy Hart, Atlanta GA, Johnny Hart, Columbia, SC; one sister-in-law, Robin Porter of Columbia, SC, and devoted friend, Mr. Cosmma. A host of nieces, nephews, and cousins and friends including his faithful pet Caesar also survive him.
